NOCA is pleased to present the 2019 Curling Canada Hit Draw Tap Championship.  Youth participants in three age categories will test their skills at specific Hit, Draw, Tap drills.  The Winners in each age category at every club that participates will receive a medal, with the 1st and 2nd Runners up receiving ribbons.  All participants will receive a Participation Certificate.

Participants will compete within their local club – and repeat each skill 5 times for a total score that will be compared against others in Northern Ontario on a “Leader Board”.  The TOP 5 curlers in each age group + ties will qualify for the Hit,Draw, Tap Championship to be held in Fort Frances on March 9, 2018 as part of the Northern Ontario U18 Provincial Championship.  Winners who are not able to travel to Fort Frances will  perform the skills again and be recorded on video.  Results of their performance will be kept secret until the U18 Provincials.  Winners who are able to attend the Provincials would do so and compete live instead of being recorded on video.  All others would have their performance shown on video.

Clubs must register their intent to participate at the following link.  The registration fee for clubs is $50 and this helps cover the cost of some great prizes, medals, awards, and certificates.
