Clubs receive funding from the CCA
The CCA allocated funds from certain championship events to create the Curling Assistance Program (C.A.P.) The purpose is to provide financial assistance to the membership of the CCA including Member Associations and affiliated curling facilities.
For the 2011-12 funding cycle, the CCA received 95 applications requesting a total of $1,371,299.53 in grants. 25 curling facilities and member associations will share in a total of $299,685.21.
In Northern Ontario several clubs successfully obtained grants from the 2011-12 Curling Assistance Program.
