The Heather Houston 1989 World Women’s Championship rink was recognized at the NOCA Scotties provincial last Thursday. The Houston rink (Houston, Lorraine Lang, Diane Adams, Tracy Kennedy, Gloria Taylor) from the Fort William CC did not receive a banner for their accomplishment in 1989, so the Northern Ontario Curling Association presented them with this banner. …
