The Northern Ontario Curling Association is proud to congratulate Andrea Ronnebeck, ChPC (Kenora, ON) on receiving the 2025 National NCCP Coach Developer Award from the Coaching Association of Canada.

This prestigious national award recognizes an individual who has gone above and beyond to train, mentor, and support NCCP coaches in their community and across the country. Andrea exemplifies the very best of coach development in Canada.

Andrea began coaching in 1978 and has since built an extraordinary coaching and coach-developer career spanning more than four decades. A Level 4 Certified Curling Coach and Master Coach Developer, Andrea has impacted hundreds of curlers and coaches at the club, provincial, national, and international levels.

During her nine years as Education Manager for NOCA, Andrea coordinated and delivered over 418 NCCP training events, serving more than 1,600 participants across Northern Ontario. Her commitment to high-quality education, mentorship, and support has strengthened coaching capacity in communities throughout the province.

NOCA extends heartfelt congratulations to Andrea on this well-deserved national honour. Her passion for coaching, dedication to education, and unwavering commitment to growing the game have made a lasting impact on curling in Northern Ontario and beyond.
