January 6 – 12, 2014 will see 10 Women’s teams compete for the Ontario Scotties Tournament of Hearts Champion. 4 teams from Northern Ontario are competing against 6 Ontario Curling Association teams in the round robin event.
This is the last year that teams from NOCA will compete with teams from the OCA to declare Team Ontario for the Scotties Tournament of Hearts. Starting in 2015 Northern Ontario will have the opportunity to participate in the Scotties Tournament of Hearts. The NOCA team will have to earn the right to compete by participating in the pre-event competition.
