Notice of 2020 Annual General Meeting
ATTENTION Club Delegates, Managers, and Presidents:
The 2020 Annual General Meeting of the Northern Ontario Curling Association will be held Monday August 10th at 6:30pm (eastern time).
The meeting will be held via web-conference. A meeting package with the agenda and information about accessing the web-conference will be emailed a week ahead of time.
As per the bylaws (April 24, 2017) all clubs now receive one vote on any motions. You may have as many people as you want attend the meeting, but only one person per club will be able to vote. You will be asked to name your voting delegate prior to the meeting.
