NOCA offers Level 1 and Level 2 Officiating Training in several locations annually. Course participants have the option to take the course and not follow the certification process, or they may pay an additional fee to be registered as an official in training for certification. NOCA also offers the option for anyone who has taken a course in the past to take the course as a refresher for a nominal fee.Officiating Certification Process and Structure
Course fees:
Level 1 Officiating $35 +HST
Level 2 Officiating $35 +HST
Level 1 and 2 Combined (when offered) $65 +HST
Certification fee $15 per course (required fee)
Refresher $10 per course
