Congratulations to Idylwylde G&CC’s Tracy Horgan rink (Horgan, Jennifer Horgan, Jenna Enge, Amanda Gates, Courtney Chenier, Coach Andrea Ronnebeck) who are the champions of the inaugural Tbaytel Northern Ontario Scotties Tournament of Hearts.
Horgan’s team defeated FWCC’s own Kendra Lilly foursome in a tight championship game on January 17.
The Horgan rink will now advance to the pre-qualifier event priot to the Scotties Tournament of Hearts in Moose Jaw, SK., where they will meet teams from NWT and YK in a battle for the 12th spot in the Championship.
